From 8 to 12 November 2022, the International Stamp Exhibition "Cape Town 2022" was held in South Africa.
The exhibition "Cape Town 2022" has an international status and is held under the patronage of FIP. Electronic publications and websites could also participate in the exhibition in the Literary Class.
The website "Horses on Stamps" took part in the exhibition "Cape Town 2022" and received a Garge Vermeil Medal, scoring 85 points out of 100 possible.
New postage stamps issued in different countries in October 2022 were added to the site.
Do not miss the new issues of Czech Republic and Slovakia.
A Thematic catalog with a detailed rubricator has been launched on the site. Now it is possible to search for stamps not only by country or year, but also by topic.
All stamps are divided into 10 main topics: Horse breeding and horse breeds, Equestrian sport, games and competitions, Horse-drawn transport and pack horses, Horses at work, Horses in war, Horses in art, Horses in mythology and folklore, Holidays, festivals, fairs, Stylized images of horses and Chess.
In addition, additional rubricators have been implemented in voluminous topics, for example, in Sports or Art - with the help of filters, you can select a narrower thematic selection of postage stamps, for a specific sport, for example.
I hope the thematic catalog will be convenient and useful in working with the site and searching for the necessary information.
