100th anniversary of the death of Francisco "Pancho" Villa (1878-1923)
On June 21, 2023, Mexico Post issued a postage stamp in honor of the 100th anniversary of the death of General Francisco "Pancho" Villa. José Doroteo Arango Arambula, better known as Francisco "Pancho" Villa (1878 - 1923) was one of the revolutionary generals and peasant rebel leaders during the Mexican Revolution of 1910-1917. |
